CP90BK00 Datasheet

Canrez® CP90BK00 is a 90 Shore A black FFKM compound designed as a general-purpose, high-strength sealing material for demanding industrial applications. It provides excellent chemical resistance and mechanical durability at a significantly lower cost compared to other popular brands of FFKM materials. With a service temperature range of -4°C to 230°C (20°F to 445°F), CP90BK00 delivers reliable performance in aggressive media including methanol, MTBE, acids, bases, and amines. Its high durometer and tensile strength make it well-suited for applications requiring superior extrusion resistance and dimensional stability.

 

CP90BK00 is ideal for use in valves, pumps, mechanical seals, semiconductor systems, and chemical processing equipment. It also offers strong resistance to explosive decompression, making it an excellent choice for oil and gas environments.
