CP90BK91 Datasheet

Canrez® CP90BK91 is a 90 Shore A black FFKM compound engineered for ultra-low-temperature performance and exceptional chemical resistance in high-pressure sealing environments. It provides near-universal chemical compatibility and maintains flexibility down to -46°C (-51°F), making it ideal for applications where conventional perfluoroelastomers lose elasticity. With a service temperature range of -46°C to 240°C (-51°F to 464°F), CP90BK91 delivers reliable sealing integrity, excellent dimensional stability, and resistance to explosive decompression. Tested to NORSOK M-710 and API 6A sour gas standards, it ensures safety and performance under severe thermal and chemical cycling.

 

CP90BK91 is ideal for ultra-low-temperature valves, pumps, and dynamic sealing systems in oil and gas, chemical processing, and cryogenic environments. It resists degradation from fuels, amines, acids, and solvents while maintaining sealing strength through rapid temperature and pressure fluctuations. This Canrez® formulation combines high durometer strength, AED protection, and low-temperature flexibility to provide dependable sealing performance in the most demanding industrial applications.
