FS75BU51 Datasheet

Canyon’s FS75BU51 is a 75 Shore A blue CanGuard Fluorosilicone compound engineered specifically for EMI and RFI shielding applications where environmental sealing and electrical conductivity are both required. Filled with silver plated aluminum and manufactured to MIL-DTL-83528 Type D, it provides effective electromagnetic shielding while maintaining good flexibility and compression set resistance. With a service temperature range of -55°C to 160°C (-67°F to 320°F), FS75BU51 performs reliably across wide thermal conditions while resisting fuels, oils, aging, weathering, and ultraviolet exposure. Its fluorosilicone base chemistry supports use in fuel-rich and chemically aggressive environments where standard conductive silicones may degrade.

 

FS75BU51 is commonly used for conductive O-rings, gaskets, and sealing elements in aerospace, defense, electronics enclosures, and shielded connectors where EMI and RFI control is critical.
