HN70GR00 Datasheet

Canyon’s HN70GR00 is a 70 Shore A green HNBR compound engineered for sealing applications that require higher heat resistance and improved chemical stability compared to standard NBR materials. Hydrogenated nitrile chemistry enhances thermal performance, abrasion resistance, and long-term durability while maintaining low compression set for consistent sealing integrity. With a service temperature range of -35°C to 163°C (-30°F to 325°F), HN70GR00 performs reliably in industrial, automotive, and oil and gas environments exposed to elevated temperatures and demanding media. Its balanced mechanical properties support dependable performance in both static and moderate dynamic sealing conditions.

 

HN70GR00 meets ASTM D2000 M3DH710 requirements and is commonly used where conventional nitrile rubbers are insufficient due to heat or chemical exposure. It is frequently cross-referenced as an alternative to Parker N1173-70, KA174-75, and KA157-70 for comparable HNBR sealing applications.
