NB90BK00 is Canyon’s standard 90 Shore A black nitrile rubber (NBR) compound engineered for high-hardness O-rings and gaskets used in oil-handling and industrial sealing applications. This cost-effective material provides good abrasion resistance and low compression set, helping maintain sealing force and dimensional stability under higher loads. With a service temperature range of -35°C to 122°C (-31°F to 252°F), NB90BK00 performs reliably in contact with petroleum-based oils and common industrial fluids. Its high durometer makes it well suited for static and limited dynamic applications where extrusion resistance and firmness are required.
