NB90BK00-CNST-610-02 is Canyon’s standard 610 Series CanStat fastener seal, combining a 90 Shore A black nitrile rubber (NBR) sealing element with a zinc-coated, cold-rolled steel washer for integrated bolt and fastener sealing. This bonded washer style seal is designed to prevent fluid leakage along threaded fasteners while providing good abrasion resistance and low compression set for reliable long-term performance. The NBR elastomer delivers dependable oil resistance and mechanical stability across a service temperature range of -35°C to 122°C (-31°F to 252°F), making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and hydraulic applications. The zinc-coated steel washer, manufactured to JIS G3141 SPCC-SD CQ2, provides corrosion protection and structural support for consistent clamp load distribution.
