PT60WH08 Datasheet

PT60WH08 is Canyon’s 15% wollastonite mineral filled, 60 Shore D white PTFE engineered for dynamic sealing components used alongside O-rings and gaskets in chemically aggressive and high-temperature environments. The wollastonite filler provides excellent wear resistance and dimensional stability while remaining non-abrasive to soft metals, making it suitable for precision hardware and moving interfaces. This material offers near-universal chemical resistance, low gas permeability, and reliable performance across a wide service temperature range of -130°C to 290°C (-200°F to 550°F). Its FDA compliance supports use in regulated applications where purity and material stability are required.

 

PT60WH08 is commonly specified for dynamic applications such as spring-energized seals, pneumatic and hydraulic pumps, semiconductor equipment, and chemical processing systems, including service with hypergolic fluids.
