S0317-60 Datasheet

Parker S0317-60 is a 60 Shore A rust-colored silicone (VMQ) compound designed for O-rings and gaskets requiring excellent low-temperature flexibility and broad environmental resistance. With a service temperature range of -103°F to 450°F, this material performs reliably in dry heat, moderate water exposure, and applications requiring resistance to ozone, aging, and weathering. It is FDA, USDA, and USP Class VI compliant, making it suitable for regulated food, pharmaceutical, and medical sealing applications where cleanliness and material stability are critical. S0317-60 is commonly used where fire-resistant hydraulic fluids (HFD-R and HFD-S) and limited petroleum oil exposure are present, but it is not recommended for ketones, acids, silicone oils, or brake fluids.
