The Parker AA154-75 Polyacrylate (ACM) compound is a 75 durometer black elastomer formulated for O-rings and gaskets used in demanding engine and transmission sealing environments. Designed for long-term resistance to mineral oils, ATF fluids, ozone, and oxidative aging, it delivers stable performance and dimensional integrity under continuous exposure to heat and oil. Its slightly higher hardness compared to AA150-70 provides enhanced extrusion resistance for dynamic or high-pressure sealing conditions.

With an operating range of -5°F to 250°F, AA154-75 maintains flexibility and sealing capability across typical automotive and industrial temperature extremes. The compound meets ASTM D2000 M2DH710 specifications, ensuring reliability in oil-exposed systems. However, it is not compatible with glycol-based brake fluids, chlorinated hydrocarbons, or steam service.
