The Parker C0944-70 Neoprene (Chloroprene, CR) compound is a 70 durometer red elastomer developed for general-purpose O-rings and gaskets in a wide range of industrial applications. It delivers dependable performance with paraffin-based mineral oils, silicone lubricants, water, ammonia, and refrigerants, while maintaining elasticity and sealing strength from -35°F to 250°F. The compound offers improved resistance to ozone, weathering, and aging compared to nitrile, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. C0944-70 conforms to ASTM D2000 M3BC710 specifications, ensuring consistent quality and chemical stability.
