Canrez® CP80BK21 is an 80 Shore A black FFKM compound engineered for extreme steam, pressure, and chemically aggressive sealing environments. It delivers best-in-class steam resistance with near-universal chemical compatibility, supporting continuous service from -15°C to 320°C (5°F to 610°F), steam exposure up to 315°C (600°F), and amine service up to 80°C (180°F). CP80BK21 is anti-explosive decompression tested to NACE TM0297 and is compliant with FDA 21 CFR requirements and USP Class VI <87> and <88>, making it suitable for both industrial and sanitary applications. Its low compression set and robust mechanical stability support long service life in severe thermal cycling and high-pressure conditions.

 

CP80BK21 is widely used in semiconductor equipment, chemical processing systems, liquid chromatography service, nuclear applications, oil and gas operations, steam-in-place sterilization, food and beverage processing, and ink and paint systems.
