Tested to both NACE TM0297 and NORSOK M-710, it delivers reliable sealing performance in rapid gas decompression and sour gas environments commonly encountered in oil and gas service. With a service temperature range of -15°C to 310°C (5°F to 590°F), CP90BK01 maintains low compression set and mechanical stability under severe thermal, pressure, and chemical exposure. Its formulation is designed to withstand demanding operating conditions while offering a cost-effective alternative to traditional high-end AED perfluoroelastomers.
CP90BK01 is widely used in oil and gas equipment, chemical processing systems, and aerospace applications where resistance to pressure cycling, heat, and aggressive media is critical.
