Parker’s V1163-75 is a 75 Shore A black fluorocarbon (FKM) compound classified as a “GFLT” type, providing enhanced low-temperature flexibility and broad chemical resistance. Designed for flex-fuel and low-temperature sealing applications, it performs reliably across a service temperature range of -35°F to 400°F. The compound offers excellent compatibility with petroleum, mineral, and vegetable oils, silicone fluids, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, and exhibits superior resistance to ozone, weathering, and aging. Its formulation delivers a strong balance of elasticity, compression set resistance, and long-term sealing stability in both static and dynamic environments.

 

V1163-75 is UL listed and meets ASTM D2000 M2HK710 performance standards, ensuring consistent material quality for demanding automotive and industrial applications. It is not recommended for exposure to hot water, steam, brake fluids, amines, ketones, or low molecular weight esters and ethers.
