Parker’s V1163-75 is a 75 Shore A black fluorocarbon (FKM) compound classified as a GFLT type, engineered to provide enhanced low-temperature flexibility alongside broad chemical resistance. Designed for flex-fuel and low-temperature sealing applications, it performs reliably across a service temperature range of -35°F to 400°F while maintaining elasticity and sealing integrity. The compound offers excellent compatibility with petroleum, mineral, and vegetable oils, silicone fluids, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, and delivers strong resistance to ozone, weathering, and aging. Its balanced formulation supports low compression set and long-term stability in both static and dynamic sealing environments.

 

V1163-75 is UL listed and meets ASTM D2000 M2HK710 requirements, making it suitable for demanding automotive and industrial applications where fuel compatibility and cold performance are critical. It is not recommended for exposure to hot water, steam, brake fluids, amines, ketones, or low molecular weight esters and ethers. This GFLT compound is commonly selected for modern fuel systems and low-temperature service conditions.
