Parker VA151-75 is a general purpose FKM fluorocarbon elastomer widely used for O-rings, gaskets, and custom molded sealing components exposed to aggressive chemicals and elevated temperatures. This compound features a hardness of 75 Shore A and is formulated to provide excellent sealing performance, low permeability, and strong resistance to compression set in demanding industrial environments. Fluorocarbon FKM materials such as VA151-75 are commonly selected for sealing applications where reliability, chemical resistance, and long service life are critical.

VA151-75 offers strong resistance to petroleum oils, mineral oils, vegetable oils, silicone fluids, aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzene and toluene, and many chlorinated hydrocarbons. The recommended service temperature range is approximately -15°F to 400°F, allowing the compound to perform reliably in high temperature sealing environments and high vacuum systems. Parker VA151-75 is frequently used for industrial O-rings, gaskets, and sealing components in chemical processing, automotive systems, aerospace equipment, and other applications requiring UL listed fluorocarbon elastomer materials.
