CP75BK40 Datasheet

Canrez® CP75BK40 is a versatile 75 Shore A black FFKM compound engineered to deliver near-universal chemical resistance and excellent high-temperature performance at a cost-effective price point. It supports continuous service from -20°C to 320°C (-4°F to 610°F) with short excursions beyond this range, while maintaining low compression set and elastic recovery under prolonged thermal and chemical exposure. The formulation provides stable sealing integrity in aggressive environments involving solvents, acids, and mixed process streams. CP75BK40 is designed to perform reliably where conventional elastomers or lower-temperature FFKMs reach their limits.

 

CP75BK40 is commonly used in semiconductor equipment, chemical processing systems, and solvent-handling applications involving MEK, DMF, acetone, esters, ethers, ketones, aldehydes, and xylene. It also performs reliably in sour gas environments below 65 percent concentration, steam exposure up to 300°C (580°F), and limited amine service up to 38°C (100°F). This Canrez® formulation offers a balanced combination of chemical breadth, high-temperature capability, and long-term durability for demanding industrial sealing requirements.
