Canrez® CP75BK40 is a 75 Shore A black FFKM compound engineered as a versatile, high-performance material for O-rings and gaskets in extreme chemical and thermal environments. It provides near-universal chemical resistance and excellent high-temperature stability while offering a lower cost compared to other popular brands of FFKM materials. With a service temperature range of -20°C to 320°C (-4°F to 610°F), CP75BK40 maintains sealing integrity, flexibility, and low compression set in both static and dynamic applications. Its robust formulation ensures dependable performance under aggressive process conditions involving corrosive media, solvents, and gases.

 

CP75BK40 is ideal for semiconductor, chemical processing, and oil and gas applications where exposure to MEK, DMF, acetone, esters, ethers, ketones, aldehydes, xylene, and sour gas (up to 65%) is common. It also performs reliably in steam environments up to 300°C (580°F) and amine exposure up to 38°C (100°F). This Canrez® formulation combines durability, high chemical compatibility, and cost efficiency to deliver reliable sealing performance across a wide range of high-demand industries.
