FF102-75 Datasheet
Parofluor FF102-75 FFKM, 75A, Black, Acid Resistant, General Purpose
Parker’s FF102-75 is a 75 Shore A perfluorinated elastomer (FFKM) compound developed for sealing applications that require strong acid resistance and stability in chemically aggressive environments. With a recommended service temperature range of 5°F to 525°F, it performs reliably in contact with inorganic and organic acids, polar solvents such as acetone and MEK, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, petroleum oils, water, and steam. This compound is also well suited for high-vacuum applications, offering minimal weight loss and stable physical properties under vacuum exposure. Its chemical robustness makes it a dependable choice for harsh process conditions where conventional elastomers fail.
FF102-75 is commonly used in O-rings, gaskets, and custom seals for chemical processing equipment, vacuum systems, and environments involving wet or dry chlorine exposure. It is not recommended for fluorinated refrigerants, uranium hexafluoride, molten metals, or gaseous and alkali metals. This perfluoroelastomer formulation provides consistent sealing integrity across a wide range of aggressive media and elevated temperatures. Canyon Components offers equivalent FFKM materials designed to match the chemical resistance, temperature capability, and performance profile of Parker FF102-75 for demanding industrial sealing applications.
