FF106-75 Datasheet
Parofluor FF106-75 FFKM, 75A, Black, General Purpose
Parker’s FF106-75 is a 75 Shore A black perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) compound engineered for chemically aggressive and high-temperature sealing environments where broad media compatibility is required. With a recommended service temperature range of +5°F to 525°F, it provides stable sealing performance in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, polar solvents such as ketones, esters, and ethers, as well as a wide range of inorganic and organic acids. This compound is also well suited for high-vacuum applications, exhibiting minimal weight loss and strong retention of physical properties under vacuum exposure. Its controlled compression set characteristics support long-term sealing reliability in static and dynamic conditions.
FF106-75 meets ASTM D2000 M1KK811 requirements with defined hardness and compression set limits, making it suitable for demanding chemical processing, laboratory, and industrial systems. It is not recommended for fluorinated refrigerants or perfluorinated lubricants such as PFPE. This FFKM formulation offers dependable chemical resistance and thermal stability for environments that challenge conventional elastomers. Canyon Components offers equivalent FFKM materials designed to match or exceed the performance of Parker FF106-75 for acid, solvent, and high-temperature sealing applications.
