NM304-75 Datasheet

Parker’s NM304-75 is a 75 Shore A black nitrile rubber (NBR) compound qualified to MIL-DTL-25732 for oil-resistant sealing applications requiring dependable mechanical strength and stability. This material provides good abrasion resistance and low compression set, supporting reliable long-term performance in O-rings and gaskets used in static and light dynamic service. With a service temperature range of -65°F to 225°F (-54°C to 107°C), NM304-75 maintains elasticity and sealing force across temperature cycling while performing well in contact with petroleum-based oils and common industrial fluids. Its mid-high durometer offers improved extrusion resistance compared to softer nitrile grades, making it suitable for higher clamp loads.

 

NM304-75 is commonly specified for military, aerospace-adjacent, and industrial applications where MIL qualification and consistent nitrile performance are required at a cost-effective level. This compound is selected when durability, oil resistance, and compliance are priorities without transitioning to specialty elastomers.
