PE90BK10 Datasheet

PE90BK10 is Canyon’s 30% carbon fiber filled, 90 Shore D black PEEK material engineered for high-strength components used in extreme thermal, chemical, and mechanical environments. This NACE compliant PEEK offers excellent chemical resistance along with outstanding high- and low-temperature performance from -75°C to 315°C (-100°F to 600°F). The carbon fiber reinforcement delivers exceptional stiffness, abrasion resistance, and dynamic resilience while reducing thermal expansion under load. PE90BK10 is well suited for precision components such as backup rings, bearings, bushings, and structural parts used alongside O-rings and gaskets in demanding sealing assemblies. Its combination of strength, dimensional stability, and wear resistance makes it ideal for high-temperature chemical processing and aggressive service conditions where metal replacement or weight reduction is desired.
