Parofluor V8588-90 is a 90 shore A black FFKM compound engineered for extreme sealing environments requiring resistance to explosive decompression and high pressure extrusion. This material offers near universal chemical resistance, making it ideal for O-rings and gaskets exposed to hydrocarbons, acids, polar solvents, water, steam, and chlorine-based chemistries. It performs reliably in high vacuum conditions with minimal weight loss and maintains sealing integrity across a wide temperature range from approximately 5°F to 572°F.
