Limitations of Parker Hannifin Polyurethane Materials
- These materials may not perform well in ketones, esters, alcohols, or aggressive chemical processing systems
- Certain Polyurethane compounds may hydrolyze in high humidity or prolonged hot water exposure environments
- Polyurethane elastomers generally provide lower ozone resistance compared to EPDM or Silicone compounds
- Not all Polyurethane materials are suitable for continuous fuel or aromatic hydrocarbon exposure
